Marin Cilic has split with coach Goran Ivanisevic when nearly 3 years of cooperation that enclosed winning the U.S. Open in 2014.
The 12th-ranked Croat says Thursday on his Facebook page that it had been a “huge privilege to figure with Goran, I enjoyed our work all this point and Goran helped American state to achieve several goals.”
Cilic adds that “unfortunately, the road we have a tendency to were sharing on this journey is separating and that i would like solely the simplest for Goran within the future.”
Cilic started operating with former suburb champion Ivanisevic in 2013.
